Average- not worth it for long term
3When I first used the product it felt good. I had been using majority of the range (cleanser, moisturiser, effaclar duo,spf) and was using the other cleanser before this. What I found was, that this newer la Roche cleanser was more effective than the other cleanser they have. However the cleanser, after months of using it consistently, it has become ineffective. It is not working for me anymore or targeting my concerns. I have jawline acne, blackheads etc. Small spots in my forehead. In my opinion, it is worth looking into a different products that is less expensive. As I bought this product thinking it would be really good as it has been dermatology approved. You are better off spending less on a more effective cleanser that works for long term. I’m now on a journey to find a new cleanser. Possibly cerave.

Absolutely fantastic!
5This product was recommended to me by a friend and after reading the amazing reviews I decided to order the bigger bottle. I would have quite visible pores from having acne when I was younger and my skin has been horrendous lately with wearing a mask so much. After using this face wash once I noticed that the spots around my chin and jaw line had greatly improved over night! I have used to many face washes over the years and nothing has worked but this one is fab and worth every penny. I have been using it once a day after I take my make up off. My skin improves more as the days go on. My fiance even noticed how good my skin was getting (and he usually doesnt notice things like that!) It is a nice gel wash so it doesn't mess up the bathroom. I would 100% recommend this product and I will continue to buy this!

Not for me
3I've got sensitive and reactive skin that is of great quality as long as I am careful and stay quite simplistic in my skincare choices and I am a big fan of la Roche-Posay in general, but this might have been the product to leave out for me. I wanted to add a bit of peeling to my routine, as I've passed 42 and want to care a bit more for my skin, - but I simply think this was too 'harsh' for me. My skin felt completely stripped of moisture and was very tight and also 'papery' to the touch after (I tried it around four times to give it a real shot). It smells really fresh, but might simply be better for more tolerant skintypes.

Great for those with acne, especially "fungal acne"
5I suffer from hormonal acne and this product is great and gentle as an everyday cleanser. I also thought that i suffered from "fungal acne" the small spots that nothing could get rid of but after using this product for a week most of those spots vanished! My skin always feels clean after using it and I follow up with a gentle moisturiser. The bottle is very large and I have been using it for 3 months now and I've still got half left.

Amazing!!
5Been using this product for 4 days and noticed a difference in my skin already! I have used so many other face products and none seem to make a difference but this actually works! It has reduced appearance of blackheads and skin just feels so clean and soft, no oil! Would highly recommend x

Pleasantly suprised!
5I bought this as it was on offer and for someone who has problematic skin, what's another product on the shelf right?! I suffer with breakouts on my back and shoulders and have searched relentlessly for something that would help but to no avail. Whilst this has not been a miracle cure, after a few weeks of use, it has definatley helped reduce the breakouts and cleanses my oily skin nicely without leaving it feeling dry and tight. Nice lather and has a very slight menthol scent to it.

Life changing
5This is the first product that I have ever used that has actually made such a noticeable improvement to my skin. I’m prone to blemishes and break outs and this actually prevents them and I noticed a difference only after a few days. I honestly can’t believe how good this is. You will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best cleanser
5This is the best cleanser I have ever used. I noticed my pores appear smaller after using it a couple of times, it does amazing job cleaning and gently exfoliating, my skin feels so much smoother, love it! It isn’t very scented at all.

Amazing!!!
5I’ve been suffering with cystic acne for a couple of months now due to my PCOS and have used so many products to calm my skin down from the ordinary to Dermalogica nothing seemed to work. I saw this product and decided to try it. As soon as I started using it on my skin, the consistency was completely different to any other the cleaners I have been using. I could feel it was getting rid of my breakouts however not over stripping my skin. After a week of using I could see a big difference with my skin, redness and irritation was decreasing and the size of my painful cystic acne were way smaller. I couldn’t recommend this product enough, especially if you’re suffering from PCOS.
