I was looking for a deep moisturizing cream at night without the harming ingredients. I ordered this in a set. I still have it and its not my favorite. I have dry skin, not extreme, but can dry out very easily, for the night I need a rich moisturizer. Unfortunately, this one doesn't provide the right amount of hydration. It feels very lightweight and absorbs quickly, but not enough for my skin, I need to mix it with a facial oil or apply it after a very moisturizing oil-based cleanser. It doesn't irritate my skin after exfoliating, hair removing or other harsher treatments, which is a good point, but still not rich enough. I would rate it as a general, non-irritating moisturizer. The texture is gel-like but watery.

I have been using this for a few months every night as part of my skin care routine. For my combination skin it adds a nice moisturizing layer between watery products and oils. I guess there could be better options out there, but my skin hates products with cetyl alcohol and cetearyl alcohol and this is one of the few products formulated without.

A brilliant light night cream. You only need a small amount for this cream to work. In the morning your skin still feels soft and silky. Its a great cream if you suffer from sensitive skin and dry skin patches. You can see the benefits from this cream within the first week.

My regular moisturiser

I use not only at night, but in the mornings too. My skin feel moisturised, not sticky and stays matte. I have normal to dry skin in winter and normal to combination skin in summer. And my skin is moisturised even in winter. My sensitive skin stays calm , not red and privides me no more surprises (blemishes etc)

This is absolutely amazing. I have very sensitive and dehydrated oily/combination skin with a lot of redness especially around my nose and cheeks. My skin feels lovely and soft/hydrated in the mornings (even more so than with some of the other La Roche-Posay moisturising products) and redness is visibly reduced. Quite a small bottle for the price but it is really effective.
