Finishing Touch-up Pen

Apply a layer of the Black Hybrid Liner to the eye, one swipe is enough to stick with the lashes. Carefully hold the magnetic lash band over the eyeliner until the two bind together. Adjust to your desired positioning and comfort on the eye and correct any mistakes with the touch-up pen.
