Bought this randomly in the hope this would be what I needed since loads of brands claim they are smudge proof waterproof! Honestly the best eyeliner I’ve used in a while does exactly as it says

Love it!
I thought I'd exhausted my search for a liquid eyeliner pen that didn't either make my eyes water or run/smudge goes on easily and really does last all day.... but I'm pleased to say I've found it. I'm so happy with it I'm hoping to try the gel eyeliner for under my eyes next.... that's a whole other holy grail search!!!
