So pigmented!

I sometimes find with white eyeliners that the pigment is lost very quickly, or you have to apply a lot to get the extreme white colour. However this is very pigmented and the bright white colour comes out instantly

This is a great eyeliner. Can be worn strong but I like to use on inner corners  of my eyes and blend out. It’s easy to work with and easy to apply. Best one I’ve used for a while.

I’ve heard of people using white eyeliner on their waterline to add sparkle and shine to eyes. I find that it looks a bit harsh on me, so thought i’d try this shade. It works really well and I like the sponge to blend.
