Surprisingly long wearing

Bought this to try using on my lower waterline (the hack that makes your eyes pop). Very buildable - I like it subtle and not too bright but can achieve both with this, and the blender on the other end is great for this. Stays all day and doesn’t smudge under your eye, such a great product at this price!
