Brush twice a day for at least two minutes each time. Use in conjunction with mouthwash. Use a soft or medium bristled toothbrush. Replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months.

It’s a normal toothpaste like out there, but in fancier packaging, it dries my lips out as it contains SLS, quite weird texture as well. I haven’t noticed bout whitening effect, this brand could’ve done better
