Really works
This has become one of my absolute staples in achieving a deep relaxing sleep. I personally love the smell , it gives me zen yoga spa spiritual calm vibes . It totally settles me and brings me to peace. Well worth a try if that’s your vibe too

Can't live without

Strange scent
I tried this brand on a whim and I’m dissapinted to say that I haven’t got on with it. The scent is a bit strange and hard for me to sleep next to. I would recommended trying before buying!
