It’s fine
3I use the original sky high and it’s one of my fav more budget brands of mascara and thought I’d give this a go as I do love deep black mascaras. It feels like the formula is different to the original and it’s a bit more clumpy and dries faster so you don’t have much time to move the lashes into place it just keeps adding on clumpy layers. I wouldn’t buy this again but love the original still

Lengthening
5Impressed so far! I ran out of the original pink coloured maybelline mascara but decided to try this one instead and I have so say I definitely prefer it! I feel it is more lengthening than the other one so I’m glad I made the switch. It doesn’t clump on my lashes and it’s very affordable!

Nice for length only, good for day makeup
3I’m not keen on the plastic brush. I feel like the bristles are too short and don’t run through my lashes well. So I get some length but not full fluffy looking lashes with this mascara. It doesn’t flake or smudge. Also I wear contacts and no issues.

Best affordable mascara
5Repurchased many times now. The only cheaper mascara to actually have a difference on my lashes! The black packaging one is much better than pink in my opinion too!

Wow
4Makes those lashes POP amazing, gives lots of length and volume, my new fave..only downside is harder to wash off but just means it lasts longer, can also get bit crumbly after long time

Disappointing
3Bought as I love the original of this, and had high hopes. Unfortunately whilst the colour and lengthening is great, it transfers so easily to my under eye, a problem I’ve never had with the original. Under an hour after applying I noticed I had small smudge marks where it had dropped and muddied my makeup. Really disappointing as I was hoping to love it!

Blacker than black!
5I have the original sky high and fell in love instantly! This is the icing on the cake, it’s so black and gives the same volune and length as the normal sky high i had to try it! My lashes go from looking like nothing due to me having fair hair to basically not needing to wear fake lashes which is a bonus because i can’t always be bothered and with these mascaras you don’t need to!
