I strongly recoment the Cristal retinals from Medik 8. They are gentle, not irirtating, but very efective. The product is very nice as feeling and doen't require night cream in most cases. If your skin feels dry, then add night cream. I upped gradualy 3, 6, and then 10. Aply it even around the eyes and no rirtation. Go girls, this is gold standart for anti aging.

Best over the counter retinol

I worked my way up to using the crystal retinol 10, after having used the crystal retinol 3 and then 6, and I am so pleased with it. Medik8 crystal retinols are simply the best there is- they are so gentle but extremely effective. I have not had and flaking or irritation at all, just more even textured, glowing skin over time. I’m really happy with this product and would definitely recommend it (after using the more gentle crystal retinols first!)
