This toner is light enough to be used every day, I use it am and pm in my routine. I don’t find it irritating or drying and I have sensitive skin that is prone to the odd hormonal breakout! It’s more gentle than other AHA or BHA toners I have used that cause peeling of skin. Gives the skin an fresh glow! Medik8 is an amazing brand

I’ve used many of the acid exfoliants and this was is more gentle , non oily and still gives a great glowing and renewal to the skin. Great for my menopausal and sensitive skin. Will buy again.

I absolutely love this toner, it's effective but gentle enough to use daily. I use tretinoin and normally any other actives are to much but this isn't. I use it 2-3 times a week on a morning and it definitely give yoy a lovely glow.
