Easy to swallow. Been taking for nearly 3 months, my hair is stronger, growing well & not breaking off like it was before. There’s a slight difference in my skin, it’s smoother & wrinkles are reduced. I compared 2 photos of myself, one from January when I had B.tox & one from last week (Dec) & there’s not much difference, obviously when I raise my brows the lines appear but resting & smiling face I look better than pre-collagen & no b.tox.
