I could eat thrse like a pack of sweets. More importantly though - my hair was breaking soo easily when styling I had little tufts, since I've been taking these for around 3 month and it's not snapping off anymore and the tufts have grew back so fast- and my hair doesn't usually grow quickly AT ALL
