Haven’t seen much of a difference but I have only just started using them. Not keen on the flavour so if I was to buy again I’d get a different flavour to try.

I had lost a considerable amount of weight and my hair was falling. I started taking vitamins as advised by my hair dresser and I am so happy with the results. I only bought them to help with my hair but my nails have never been stronger! I started taking these tablets 3 months ago and I haven’t had a single broken nail since (and I have very long natural nails). My hair is in really good condition and my skin feels healthy.
