These have been making my nails so strong and growing fast. On month three and I’m hoping to see a bigger change in my hair, already seeing extra root growth

I normally buy the Hairburst gummies but they are more expensive so thought I would try these. It becomes very expensive having to buy one every month.  I have only just started the my vitamins so not able to tell you if helping. However I definitely prefer the Hairburst for taste and texture.

On second tub and noticing nails are growing faster. Not noticed yet any difference with hair but it’s early days. Taste great and I really like the texture. Contain loads of 100% rda vitamins and decent amount of biotin. Will be continuing to purchase
