Not for me
1Waste of money. Sorry, I really did not like the smell. Smelt like cheap lavender. I tried to use it and just didn’t like it so ended up in the bin.

Clean and calming
4I use this oil in my diffuser. I can't say that it actually helps me sleep, however it does have a clean and calming effect on the atomosphere within my bedroom when I do use it. Very relaxing.

Lovely as part of your evening routine
5I use this in a diffuser as part of my evening routine and it really helps me wind down- I notice how much deeper my sleep is when i use this.

A good nights sleep
5Was looking for a product to help unwind and settle after stressful work days and this oil has done the trick. I pop some into my room diffuser each evening or steam my face with a few drops after a particularly long day and find it so much easier to drift off at night. Would highly recommend for those looking to loose the tensions.
