The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of any problems arising during the warranty period, please contact the retailer you purchased the pod from. Proof of purchase will be required, so it is vital that you keep your receipt of purchase safely with this manual. Corrosive oils such as citronella may cause damage to the unit if left in the water reservoir. This type of damage is not covered under the warranty. This pod must be cleaned after each use.

Great little room accessory
My daughter wanted candles in her room for fragrance but I wasn’t happy about flames in her room. This diffuser is great. Even better that it doesn’t require an another plug! I have charged in once in 3 months. Very easy to use and the neom oils are lovely.

Noisy but ok in a cupboard
