Use once a week on clean, dry skin. Apply a thin layer to the entire face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

This is wonderful to use especially when you have a heat source to push in the nutrients of this mask into your face. I use this in the bath and my goodness does it tighten up my face. Since I started using NIOD my skincare game has gone up. If you're thinking about picking this up know that it has an interesting smell but it a brand that really works on taking care of your skin. The product is made in Canada so that's got to tell you something! :)
