HOW: Using circular motions, gently massage into damp skin for 60 seconds, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, and pat dry. WHERE: Entire face, avoiding the delicate eye area area. WHEN: AM or PM 1-3 times a week, after cleansing and/or removing makeup. We recommended that you carry out a patch test before first application. Avoid getting product directly in the eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse well with lukewarm water. Keep away from children.

Effective
Nip+Fab is my HG for glycolics cause you see results quickly. This scrub does exactly what it says, but remember to use a richer moisturiser after showering to get the best results.

Holy grail of scrubs
I can't believe I haven't used this before- it's brilliant! I use it on red bumps on my arms and legs and a few days before I epilate. It's made such a difference to raised bumps and redness and it leaves my skin silky soft. This will go down as the best exfoliater I've ever used! A little goes a long way too
