• When to Use: ​ After using the body wash of your choice,
• Application:​ apply the scrub to palm of hands and rub hands together before spreading on skin. Work from neck to toes, massaging in sweeping circles. 
• Routine: For extra moisturisation, leave scrub on skin for 2-3 minutes to allow oils to sink into skin. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry and apply the moisturiser of your choice. We recommend introducing a body scrub once a week and building up use to 3-4 times per week depending on your skin type.
