2When I put this on my hand to check it out, it looked great and stayed put, however when I put it on my eyes after applying foundation it didn’t transfer very well to the skin.

Pretty good - very good for the price
4I wanted the white eyeliner for my waterline to enlarge the appearance of my eyes. It applies well and stays on quite well. Overall really good for the low price
