I use this once or twice a month to keep my long hair looking healthy. It works best in damp hair, so I like to use a clarifying shampoo, then apply this on towel dried hair. Then I’ll rinse out with my regular shampoo, and condition as normal. It makes such a difference. My hair feels so nice after using this
