I usually apply No.3 the night before I wash my hair or I leave it at least a couple of hours before I wash it off. My hair was really damaged after years of straightening and this treatment helped it a lot.

I can highly recommend using this product if your hair needs a little tlc. The longer you can leave it on the better the result. Hair feels soft and silky but it still does what you want it to do.
