I used this product religiously a couple of years ago when my hair went through a bad stage, this I honestly feel helped my hair breakage and start to grow healthy I’ve just recently gone back to it always handy to treat the hair to this every now and then.

I used this atound once a week after getting my hair highlighted after a 6 month break (but I have had bleach in my hair for 20+ years). My hair is in generally good condition, but I wanted to try this after my hairdresser used olaplex during my appointment. I do think this helped maintain the condition of my hair & i had no breakage, but I don’t know how it would work for really damaged hair..
