I received this to test and review. I am 48 with dry, damaged peri-menopausal hair. I wet my hair first, applied some of this, covered it with a plastic cap, and then a towel on top. I left it on for about an hour. Afterwards I washed and conditioned my hair as i normally would. This left my hair feeling soft, silky and hydrated. I can see why people rave about this for helping to repair damaged hair!

I'm going to keep using it as I've only used it a couple of times, but I'm not in love with it so far. I'm hoping I'll notice more of a difference now I’m no longer bleaching my hair but we shall see.
