How to use Olaplex 3
Designed to be used once weekly, distribute the pre-shampoo treatment onto damp hair before washing and comb through for even root-to-tip saturation. Leave it on for a minimum of ten minutes and a maximum of 90, depending on how damaged your hair is. Rinse, then follow with Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner. Dry and style as usual with your favourite Olaplex products.
Can you leave Olaplex 3 on overnight?
It is not advised to leave Olaplex No.3 in the hair overnight, as the formula is intended to be rinsed out and followed by a shampoo cleanse. The brand suggests that just ten minutes is long enough to notice visible results.

I love olaplex products. The shampoo and conditioner have been brilliant for my hair. I’ve found this treatment to be average. I really wanted to love this like the others but it doesn’t really do anything for my hair. It doesn’t make it worse but I had hoped it may do more than it does for me.

Good for damaged hair
I straighten my hair a lot and bleach it and this has helped a lot with the breakage I normally get and has made my hair feel a lot stronger as well as looking more shiny

Good product
Hair has been healthy and smooth whilst using this, but doesn’t stop the damage of bleaching your hair. Hard to tell whether it slows down damage or just keeps it feeling nice

Bleached blonde hair
I am purchasing this over and over and I figured that it it makes my hair really smooth and it feels healthier. To be honest, I have keratin treatment and I’m using the whole product range from olaPlex. anyway I think it helped my hair as it’s bleached blonde.
