My hair got smooth BUT it caused hair loss. I didnt like it at all

I used Olaplex No.4 for 2 weeks. (4 hair washes). my hair was really silky and smooth, but it caused lots of hair loss. so I decided to stop using. I am originally from Sri Lanka (South Asia) I have thick long hair. didn't work on me!!

I have fine and damaged hair and although I can't say this shampoo transformed it magically I do think it's a solid product that makes my hair healthier and less scruffy looking. I was pleasantly surprised also by how little I actually need for single use - it's really rich and concentrated.

I’ve known about Olaplex a while & have bought other things to try & quench the thirst of my bleached hair. This came recommended from my hair dresser. I finally bought a bottle! Smells lovely, it’s thick, it’s made a difference to my hair, as my hairdresser noticed! I plan on getting a few more bottles. It’s worth it.

My hairdresser uses the Olaplex range on my hair and I love how it looks and feels. Although Olaplex is expensive, I decided to take the plunge and buy it directly from my hairdresser. I love it - my hair has never been in such good condition and the shampoo smells fab too!
