You really only need the smallest amount, a little goes a long way. Don’t put too much on though as can make feel greasy. I use on dry hair tiny bit to smooth any frizz it’s fab

I decided to try Olaplex no. 7 having read the good reviews. I love it. I use it after shampooing and conditioning, I apply a few shakes of the oil to most of my hair but not the roots before drying. After years of tint and highlights, this product gives smoothness and shine. I consider it a find.
