I bought this after a recommendation from my salon. I regular use the highest strength bleach on my hair and therefore have damage and breakage to my hair. My hair is naturally curly and dry and having been bleached a lot, needed some tlc. I have bought this shampoo and conditioner twice now and it's made a big difference to my hair. It feels a lot smoother and stronger. The only word of warning i have is that I think if you had thin or naturally grease hair it might be a bit heavy on it.
