I purchased Olaplex shampoo and conditioner as I heard so many amazing reviews about the products. Since using the shampoo, every time I use this product, lots of my hair is falling out in clumps. I’ve never lost so much hair after each shampoo, so this is massively concerning for me. My hair does look shinier but I won’t be using the product again due to the hair loss problem. I will look at another shampoo and see if my hair continues to fall out. I’ve never had my hair fall out so much as what I did with Olaplex.  Maybe there’s an ingredient in the product that doesn’t agree with me for some reason.

I have long hair and only need a pea sized drop of the shampoo to lather up beautifully. It does make my hair look smoother and I'm happy with it.

Great shampoo, only need to use a small amount so it does actually last a long time. I only use this twice a week otherwise my hair feels a little heavy (I have fine hair but a lot of it). Lathers very well, makes my hair feel stronger and smoother. I have noticed less frizz.
