Directions of use:
- To use as a scrub apply to clean, damp skin with fingertips in a gentle circular motion.

Personal choice
I know some people dislike physical exfoliants but i personally like them and my skin tolerate them well. It just makes my skin smoother and shed dead skin

This scrub is extremely rough which is great for dry skin on the body but there’s not much lather to it so sometimes scratchy on the face. Creates lots of mess!
