I use this religiously alongside hair growth tablets daily and honestly after a week my hair felt thicker and I have no shred at all (Apart from if I brush my hair but I don’t see it). I put it on about an hour before I go to bed which allows it time to dry. It then leaves the texture manageable and better for styling the next day. I go two - three days between washes and then use the alpecin shampoo and another caffeine conditioner.
