Great for repairing damaged hair
I have been using this product on/off for over a year as I mainly use it when I've got freshly bleached hair - it's incredible at repairing damaged broken ends. It leaves hair really soft and shiny but never greasy. I love this and will buy again when mine eventually runs out.

This product smells amazing! I don't think i have been using it long enough to know if it is preventing my hair from breaking but despite its serum like texture that you spray into wet hair, it doesn't weigh your hair down and makes it really shiny and soft and protects against heat damage which is important for me as i use my GHDs every day. For the quality of the product, the lovely scent and the heat protection i would definitely continue using it and recommend this product.

I'm not usually one to write reviews and I don't believe the hype retailers splurge when it comes to product marketing; however I ran out of my usual heat protectant and my salon didn't have it in, so I decided to give this a whirl. I have long, thick, coarse hair which I've coloured for many years; the most recent being blonde highlights, and I was worried this would just make the frizz attacks worse. Just used this for the first time, and my hair looks salon quality! Something I can never achieve at home usually. It took less time to dry, feels more conditioned, and looks healthy. Apply to towel dried hair and comb through, then blowdry. Don't apply to dry hair then straighten, because the oil content is damaging to hair under intense heat (oil gets a lot hotter than water, but it's great for blowdrying). Will continue to use as my hair was much more manageable after use.

Fine bleached hair
I was looking for a change in hair treatment/protector. Normally I use kerestase ciment anti usure wich is fab but I wanted something that gave me more shine. This product is lovely. I spray about 5/6 pumps on my midlength fine hair. Massage it in and blowdry. Makes hair more manageable, gives shine and feels strong and nourished. It's great that it is paraben free too.

Best heat protector
It is the best heat protector I've used for many years! It doesn't make hair heavy or sticky and really protect your hair from heat. Smell is also lovely.

Very Good
I didn't believe this Alterna Bamboo Smooth Anti-Breakage Thermal Protectant Spray would work, but it does and this is the second bottle I've bought. Usually heat protectors/smoothing products make my fine, shoulder length hair limp and greasy - not this. Even by the end of the day my hair still looks good. It gives a good shine and can also be used on dry hair as a finisher (used sparingly on fine hair). I apply by first spraying onto my hand, which gives more control, as spraying directly from the bottle it tends to go everywhere.
