Transforming Body Lotion 500ml
Designed to exfoliate, resurface and condition skin, the body lotion is enriched with lactic to gently remove dead cells, while the brand’s LaH6 skin hydration complex promotes smoothness and suppleness.
Nourishing Body Wash 200ml
A soap-free body wash that gently cleanses skin to leave it feeling soft and replenished. It rids skin of impurities, while helping to retain natural moisture levels. Natural omega oils, including starflower and camelina, help to cleanse and condition.
Smoothing Body Exfoliant 150ml
An exfoliator powered by gentle AHAs and biodegradable bamboo granules, that works to buff away dead cells to reveal smooth and radiant skin. The brand’s LaH6 complex and coconut oil help to hydrate and nourish.
Body Lotion: Apply twice daily to clean skin.
Body Wash: Squeeze into hand and lather over wet skin, rinsing well after use.
Exfoliant: Use 2-3 times weekly. Massage into dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on the skin for a few minutes to ensure the product works to its optimum before rinsing.

Bought this after doing some research, and two weeks of *inconsistent* use, I’ve got smoother arms and legs! You’re supposed to use the cream twice a day, which I haven’t had the chance to follow (more like once every two days! 🙈), but using the shower gel daily and exfoliator once a week, it’s been amazing! Recommend 👍🏽

This set of ameliorate products is great value, the items themselves are terrific. The body exfoliant is used on dry skin and then showered off and leaves skin smooth and really helps with dry patches and bumps in the skin. The body wash (even unscented) is not luxurious smelling but really does the job as it’s very hydrating and leaves skin soft . The body lotion is incredible, again it’s not luxurious as a product but it really does help to improve the condition of skin, if you suffer from bumps or ingrown hairs this stuff will do the trick. It is hydrating and with regular use will have a definite benefit for your skin.

I saw quite a few people raving about this online and thought I’d get the trio to give it a try. I suffer quite badly with KP and the hype was that this would help, however I’ve seen no change whatsoever, despite using the products as suggested. I’m not a massive fan of the smell of any of the products, the shower gel is really thick and hard to lather (does feel great after it’s been on, though!) and the lotion is really sticky and needs to be completely dry before you do anything else. Overall, not completely impressed and won’t be repurchasing.
