The AMELIORATE Smoothing Body Exfoliant is designed to reveal even, radiant-looking skin.
Powered by gentle AHAs, the formula stars lactic acid to gently buff away dead cells. This refining ingredient also helps to lock in moisture, for skin that appears soft and supple.
To target the effects of Keratosis Pilaris, the exfoliator acts as a mild resurfacing treatment for rough, bumpy areas. It also helps to condition dryness, supporting a touchably smooth surface.
Massage into dry skin. Leave for a few minutes, then rinse off. Use 2-3 times a week.

This pre-shower body treatment has worked quite successfully at smoothing lumps and bumps, especially on my upper arms (recommended by Dr. Sam Bunting). I only use at night though; any skin exposed to sun after use will require SPF protection, as it contains active acids.
