Formulated from wax that smooths your brows, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Primer transforms every hair into the perfect canvas for makeup application. Holding each strand exactly where you want them to be, the primer helps colour to stick to sparse patches to create a more intense, complete look. Brows will be kept in line while still looking soft and never artificial.
Apply one swipe of Brow Primer across the entire brow, extending from the front to the tail end. Using the spoolie end of Brush 7B, comb the product through the brow to evenly coat the hairs.

I really like this primer. It makes my eyerbrows look fuller. I find it a bit tricky to fill in my brows with some pencils after I have used this primer. But overal I do like the product.
