Shine bright with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighter in Iced Out. Boasting a refined formula, the illuminator applies with an ultra-smooth texture, offering the second-skin weightlessness of a powder with the captivating reflectivity of a liquid.
The powder is housed in a luxurious, rose gold compact with a specially designed press to allow the brush to pick up the perfect amount of product. The highlighter offers a beaming glow with buildable intensity, allowing you to add subtle luminosity or an all-out icy strobed look. Multi-dimensional reflects enhance the skin with a lit-from-within glow, offering single-sweep luminosity.
The versatile formulation delivers a wet-look shine that can be used to highlight the face, body, eyes and lips. The Iced Out shade is a universal hue designed to flatter all skin tones, reminiscent of sunlight glistening over fresh snow.

Gently sweep A23 Pro Brush across Iced Out Highlighter to pick up product. Apply Iced Out Highlighter onto all areas you want to accentuate, such as the upper cheekbones, bridge and tip of the nose, cupid’s bow and collarbone. For mega-shine, layer for desired intensity.
Pro Tips: Use the flat side of A23 Pro Brush to deposit product and the tip of the brush to blend edges. Spritz A23 Pro Brush with Dewy Set Setting Spray to turn up your glow with a more intense finish. Apply Iced Out Highlighter to the eyes for a radiant look.
