Relieve tired, tense and stiff muscles with the Aroma Active Muscle Recovery Balm. The balm melts into the skin, offering an instant soothing and cooling effect to targeted areas.

Anti-inflammatory turmeric and active ingredient arnica (1%) are combined to support the relief of tiredness and tension. Inhale the comforting and invigorating aroma as you massage the balm into your skin.

Work the balm into affected areas, massaging gently to aid circulation.

The best muscle relief I've ever tried

Had this recommended by a friend. I work at a laptop a lot so with this plus exercise very prone to achey muscles in my shoulders and legs. The cream absorbs really quickly, it smells nice but most importantly WORKS! muscles didn't feel anywhere as tight after!
