Relaxation in a bottle
Really helps me to relax in the evening before bed as the scent is subtle but effective, plus the bottle looks lovely on my bed side table. Would recommend to anyone who wants a little luxury added to their night time routine!

Love the scent!
I have been using the sleep mist every night over the past week, and absolutely love it! Originally I thought the scent was very strong however has helped me to relax and sends me to sleep so easily. Would definitely recommend if you are struggling to sleep, or even just to help you relax in the evening.

This spray works so well I was pleasantly surprised, best nights sleep of my life. The scent is quite strong so you only need to spray a little, I imagine this bottle will last me ages! Great products.

Gorgeous Scent
I'm a huge fan of Aromatherapy Associates so was really excited to try the sleep spray - it did not disappoint! I spray it on my skin before bed after I've bathed in Deep Relax oil and it's the perfect combination for the best nights sleep. I'd highly recommend this especially as it's so different from conventional sleep sprays on the market.

Deep Sleep
Really impressed with how much this product has improved my sleep. I have always been a very light sleeper however this has really helped. Lovely scent, not too overpowering.

Best sleep spray I have ever used, smells very strong and has an unusual scent but I love it, Very different to the standard "lavender" spray but works wonders. I sleep like a Baby and wake up feeling so fresh

Magic sleep spray!
Not a fan of the scent, but this stuff works!!!! I’m a light sleeper and can be woken by any little noise, but both me and my boyfriend have instantly noticed how much deeper we sleep with this spray- almost to the point where we’re totally knocked out and wake up confused. If you struggle with your sleep or are a light sleeper like me, you need this.
