Catering specifically for coiled and curly hair textures, the As I Am Coconut CoWash Cleansing Conditioner gently cleanses the hair and scalp without stripping moisture.
Enriched with natural ingredients, the revitalising treatment blends Castor Oil, Tangerine and Coconut Oil to effortlessly eliminate product build-up and impurities, whilst promoting healthy hair growth to reveal luscious locks that are easy to manage. Suitable for daily use.
Safe for colour-treated hair.
- Wet hair thoroughly. Rub a liberal amount within palms and distribute throughout hair.
- Work product through hair and massage scalp with fingertips as you would a conventional shampoo.
- Carefully detangle hair with a wide-tooth comb, then rinse well.
- Repeat only if necessary to remove excessive product build-up or for further scalp cleansing.

I've been cgm for 2 years and this is honestly the best co wash out there. I've used many, but this one is just perfect for my fine thinning hair. I really hope they never change the formula, because I would be devastated.

Disappointing
This range had been recommended by a beauty journalist in a national newspaper, so I bought several products. This co-wash is very heavy, oily and does not detangle at all. It needs a lot of work to wash it out. Overall, not a great experience.

This conditioning cleanser is amazing. It cleanses the scalp and hair beautifully and doesn’t weigh the hair down at all. My hair is curly and fine but I have a lot of it, it’s also low porosity. I use it with a cleansing shampoo brush and it rinses out leaving my hair tangle free, soft and clean. It smells lovely too! Also, fantastic price for the huge tub. Highly recommend.

I’m fairly new to adopting the Curly Girl Method and I’m still in the process of finding which products my hair likes but I’ve now bought my third pot of this co-wash! It’s lovely, it cleanses really well and doesn’t feel as heavy as washing with a conditioner. My only criticism would be that I’d prefer it came in a bottle rather than a tub for ease of use in the shower.

I wasn't expecting as much of a squeaky clean wash as I got. My hair tends to lean on needing moisture and decided to buy this co-wash as a change from using just conditioner to wash my hair. Using this and the leave-in wasn't enough moisture, although adding oil to seal everything in would probably work better for me.
