because of the high percentage of urea, i use it for my keratosis Polaris and it made my arm very smooth within a day (used day and evening). didn't try it on heals though. has a strong smell of the tee tree oil, personally i like it buy not everybody will..

I didn't like this at all. It smells awful and doesn't work. It has a horrible dry feeling after applied. The smell has got to be the worst thing ever.
