REALLY BRILLIANT since 2000
I use Aveda since 2000, where I used to buy it in organic whole shops in New Orleans. My hair is left in great condition, very shiny, silky and manageable. I really love it, and adore natural smell of plants, not sweet chewing gums or other artificial smells.

Not so Brilliant!!
I read the reviews and they made the shampoo and conditioner sound great- however I was unimpressed! First of all be warned! It smells like lavender! Not a good smell for a 25 year old! The shampoo is difficult to wash out completely and leaves residue on my hair no matter how long i rinse for. My hair wasn't particularly shiny, and didn't feel great! Maybe it's just not great for my hair type, however it didn't leave my hair moisturised, just sticky and frizzy! I think it is designed more for someone with finer hair. I much prefer the damage remedy range of products from Aveda, however they don't smell great either! Hope this helps!

Like the name suggests, this Aveda Brilliant Shampoo is brilliant. It smells lovely and leaves my hair feeling fresh and fabulous. It's a great product for unruly hair as it leaves it shiny and sensational.
