I did a quick chat with Aveda regarding what products would be best for my hair. They suggested that my hair needed oil. After a check on their website on what this multi oil can be used for I decided to give it a try. So far I have only used it as an overnight treatment, 3 drops massaged into the driest parts just before bed, & as a finishing oil. My hair is coloured & heat damaged, this little bottle oil works miracles. My hair is soft & frizz free. Definitely worth a try
