Add body, volume and shine to your fine hair with the Aveda Phomollient Styling Foam. It activates curl and controls frizz in your textured and permed hair, while giving light to medium hold.
Directions of use:
- Do not shake the bottle.
- Spray 1-2 pumps into your hand.
- Apply Phomollient to your damp hair.
- Rub your hands together to distribute evenly.
- Distribute near the roots for added lift.
- Use a round brush and blow dry your hair to create volume.
- Alternatively, use a diffuser while blow drying to create soft curls that keep their shape.

Used this every day now since it arrived and im still undecided on it, It gives 'natural' volume, and on the second day from shampooing any kind of volume it gives has gone. I think its most likely a good product for women who have a very natural hair style who just wash-and-go kind of style. I have given this to my mother as she has a short hair style and it seems to work really well on her hair so maybe its just not a good product for people with very long hair like me.Also, i found that after i dried my hair some of the product would gather up into little balls on my hair? i was forever pulling them off my hair shaft!I shall carry on using the redken 06 lotion.

Bit of a Disappointment
I bought this product after buying the shampoo and conditioner which are lovely. I also read the reviews so was surprised to find the product not that good. It really didn't add a lot of volume to my hair.

It works!
I find this styling foam very nice for my thin hair. I suffer from sudden hair loss, and perceive this as one of my products in need. It leaves my hair with more bounce and "grab" which makes it much easier to style.

better than any mousse I've ever used
This is an xlt product, so light and non sticky better than any mousse I've ever used. Only problem is my husband and daughter have discovered how good it is and I'm getting through it too fast!

It does what it say's on the bottle!
This is a great product. It doesn't make your hair sticky, when you run your fingers through your hair you won't know you had it in.It adds volume which last all day. You only need a bit so it lasts for ages too.Plus it's Aveda so you know it has no nasties in it.
