Add body, volume and shine to your fine hair with the Aveda Phomollient Styling Foam. It activates curl and controls frizz in your textured and permed hair, while giving light to medium hold.
Directions of use:
- Do not shake the bottle.
- Spray 1-2 pumps into your hand.
- Apply Phomollient to your damp hair.
- Rub your hands together to distribute evenly.
- Distribute near the roots for added lift.
- Use a round brush and blow dry your hair to create volume.
- Alternatively, use a diffuser while blow drying to create soft curls that keep their shape.

Not a mousse but good volume
This is a foam, not a mousse. I like it, but I need to figure out how to use it the best way for my waves / curls. I noticed bigger volume but less definition. Will continue to experiment.

I’ve tried mousse before and it’s always crunchy and usually makes my hair a bit frizzy. This is light and makes nice curls if I’m drying my hair naturally or provides just enough hold if I’m blow drying it straight. I don’t love the smell so loses a star but it’s all natural ingredients

Love this product . Have been using Phomollient for a few years now and it’s still my go to blow dry product . First of all it smell lovely but also it’s one of the best styling products around . Non sticky it gives your hair volume and control without a tacky feel . Love it !

Hoped this would add some lift & volume to my fine, coloured fairly short hair but it doesn’t. Just leaves it flat & leaves a very dry texture to hair. Wouldn’t buy again. Expensive with poor results.
