Didn’t work for me
I suffer with a sensitive scalp and eczema so I was happy that I maybe have found a good product. After using other Aveda products I had high hope for this. Unfortunately it hasn’t worked. It makes my hair look amazing but doesn’t sort out my sensitive itchy scalp.

Soothing Shampoo
I have now been using this shampoo for 5 weeks & I am really surprised by it’s effectiveness on my scalp. I get eczema & my scalp just starts to itch like mad which in turn leaves me with greasy hair at the roots along with skin flakes. When I wash my hair, I make sure that the shampoo has good contact with my scalp & I then leave this on my scalp/hair for 5 minutes. I then rinse well finishing with much cooler water. The smell is very delicate & pleasant and even my husband has been using this shampoo too. Nothing really ‘rids’ anyone of eczema on the scalp, but this shampoo has been surprisingly beneficial in helping my scalp feel soothed, healthy & much less itchy & my hair feels lovely. (My hair is shoulder length & I’m lucky to have volume, but although my scalp & roots felt & looked great, i did notice that I needed a good conditioner on the lower half of my hair. I opted for Aveda Cherry Almond - which works very well indeed for my hair. )
