Use the conditioner after shampooing with Shampure Nurturing Shampoo. Apply small amount of it to your hair. Work through to ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Lightweight conditioner, great for everyday
This is a lightweight conditioner, great for my fine hair and everyday use. It smells divine and leaves my hair shiny and soft without any residue. If you are looking for something intensive though this isn't the one.
