Having always had fine flat looking hair I'm always looking out for any kind of product that promises thickness,fullness, volume and lift. This aveda spray always works for me and a few sprays at the roots then combed all the way through makes me hair appear more plumped up without being weighed down or sticky. Like the pleasant smell too.

Perfect for my thinning hair
In 2014 I was really ill and my hair started thinning at an alarming rate, it destroyed me emotionally and mentally to the point I couldn't leave the house. I've spent the last 9 years trying to find products that help me feel more confident about my hair loss so I can live again - this is one of those. It took a good few attempts to work out how much to use before my hair feels clogged up (a surprising amount to be honest) and I use it on the roots, then massaged it in. I also now use the Aveda Volumising spray and hairsprays too. I use a different brand of shampoo (I do use Aveda conditioner) but I now go to an Aveda hairdresser who use all the products (including shampoos obviously) and my hair always feels amazing, my not using the shampoois just more out of the fear of changing my routine further. Overall I highly recommend this and Aveda products in general.
