Leaving the skin feeling velvety-smooth, Aveeno’s Skin Renewal Gentle Body Scrub buffs away dead skin cells to reveal a brighter and more unified-looking finish.
Featuring naturally-derived polyhydroxy acids, the scrub offers a gentle chemical exfoliation, helping to diminish the appearance of dryness and uneven textures. Prebiotic oat works to hydrate and nourish the skin, alongside offering soothing and cooling benefits, while niacinamide visibly plumps and promotes a radiant skin result.
- Application: Apply a generous amount onto dry or damp skin and massage in circular motions, paying particular attention to dry and rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Rinse off with water.
- PHAs (Poly Hydroxy Acids): A chemical exfoliant that helps to remove dead skin cells

Aveeno scrub
After reading that it can be used on dry skin out from shower, i decided to give it a go. No. I did not like it. In the shower, yes, feels nice, scrubbing pieces are tiny and gentle. Only wet. Dry, definitely not for me.

I tried the aveeno skin renewal body scrub on my face & body. My face & skin felt amazing after using this. It's improved the dryness of my skin & I'm very impressed with the results. I will be continuing to use this product

Gentle but effective
I enjoyed using this scrub a lot. It didn't feel scrubby enough as the beads were quite gentle but after you rinse and dry off your skin it feels really clean and fresh. The acid do their job but it is still gentle on the skin. My only downside is I did not enjoy the scent. It has a slight chemically scent which filled the shower room and would have loved for it to have some form of natural fragrance.

Perfectly balanced
I’m really impressed with the gentleness of this scrub. Often scrubs are too harsh or too smooth but this is the perfect medium. My skin felt instantly revived and overall improved radiance over the time I used it.

Gentle but effective scrub
I’m a huge fan of Aveeno, and I’m loving this new edition. The Aveeno Skin Renewal Body Scrub gently exfoliates rough, bumpy skin and it left my skin noticeably softer after the first use, and looking and feeling smoother in just one week! It provides chemical exfoliation using naturally derived PHA, and physical exfoliation with beads, which work together to exfoliate my skin but without causing any irritation. It also promotes cell renewal, so over time improves skin tone and texture. I’ve found it to be perfect for my dry, rough, and bumpy sensitive skin.

Bumpy-Be-Gone!
Another great product from Aveeno! It really did get to smoothing the skin straight away, evening out my skin tone and texture. I would have preferred it to have been perfumed as I love the other Aveeno products scents, but do understand for sensitive skin like mine, this isn't always doable. Definitely left my most dry areas softer and more hydrated. Easy to apply in the shower, the product felt nice albeit not having as much lather as I would have liked, and washed off without residue or stickiness. I would definitely recommend this to people with sensitive, uneven skin as it certainly gives good results.

Gentle scrub
This scrub has been gentle on my skin, I do prefer a more gritty scrub generally but I still found this effective in helping my skin to feel smoother. The fragrance is also quite delicate.

Smooth Skin
I received this to test and this is my honest review. This is a really gentle body scrub. It gently exfoliates the skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. It doesn't feel harsh on my skin and it isn't irritating even on my sensitive skin. I can get rough and bumpy areas on my body and this really helped to smooth these. It was also really great on my elbows and knees. My skin is looking brighter and healthier. I suffer with uneven skintone on my body and since this scrub contains niacinamide, I'm hoping with continued use I will see a more even skin tone too.

Perfect for dry and sensitive skin.
I've been testing Aveeno Skin Renewal Gentle Body Scrub for over a week and I'm impressed with the results. This Body Scrub exfoliates perfectly. Skin feels soft and more even. It's perfect for my dry skin, fragrance free and also suitable for sensitive skin. Easy to squeeze tube, full of great ingredients is recyclable. I recommend this product to everyone.
