- Application: Apply a generous amount onto dry or damp skin and massage in circular motions, paying particular attention to dry and rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels. Rinse off with water.

Super smooth skin!
As somebody who suffers with dry skin I was super excited to try this as my skin has been feeling like it has a rough texture and this scrub has really helped that. A small amount of the scrub goes a long way and provides gentle exfoliation and my skin feels renewed and soft after using. Gentle Scrub
I recently tried the AVEENO Skin Renewal Gentle Body Scrub, and I have to say, it's an excellent product for those who prefer a gentle touch in their skincare routine. The scrub is incredibly mild, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin. Personally, I tend to prefer something a bit rougher for my body to get that deep exfoliation, so this may not be my go-to for body scrubbing. However, it works wonderfully as a daily face scrub especially with the Niacinamide. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed without being too harsh or abrasive, and it's gentle enough for everyday use. Has a subtle oaty scent, which is very calming and not overpowering. I’ve noticed that this scent is consistent across the entire AVEENO range.
